Refund Policy
Effective May 20, 2026
1. Digital products
All ICARUS Systems paid products are digital software with immediate access after purchase. Under EU consumer law you may waive your 14-day cooling-off period when you start using a digital product before that period ends. By clicking “Purchase” and gaining access to the product, you acknowledge this waiver.
2. 14-day satisfaction window
Despite the waiver above, we offer a goodwill 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for any paid product, no questions asked, provided the request is made in good faith. Email support@icarussystems.app from the address used at checkout and include your order id.
Approved refunds are processed by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) within 5 business days. The corresponding access right to the product is revoked at the same time.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- requests made more than 14 days after purchase;
- cases where the platform has detected repeated abuse of the refund window;
- free products (Survivor and Evaluate Your Edge) — they were never paid for.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us forfeits future access and any current entitlement. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.
5. Subscription products
ICARUS Systems does not currently offer any subscription product. If a subscription product is introduced in the future, this section will be updated with the applicable monthly refund terms before any charge is collected.
